“ I've been a customer at Memories of India for the past 10 years and it never disappoints. The ambiance is warm and inviting, the food is delicious and pleasingly presented, and most importantly, the staff is so friendly. Emron, Moyez, and the rest of the team always make my friends and me feel so welcome and they go out of their way to make birthdays special with sparklers and a peppy birthday song. Can't say enough good things about Memories! ”
“ Amazing authentic flavors of India made fresh! Service was great. Everything was delicious and highly recommend this establishment. White table cloths and quaint setting. ”
“ I've been here at least a handful of times, they make some of the best Indian food I've had. My go to order is usually the same wherever I go - palak paneer, Aloo Gobi, naan and vegetable samosas. And every now and then I'll order something different that is recommended in the restaurant. Here is my opinion: The food - outstanding. Everything is top-notch, homemade, fresh, delicious, and in perfect proportions. I've never had an issue with spice, in fact, they've never served it to me too spicy, and if I want it really spicy, I can just ask. The service- about as friendly as you can get. You feel like family when you're here, they're honest and kind and very welcoming. The ambiance - casual, and clean. It's not a huge restaurant, but they make it work. White tablecloth, comfortable seating, just a great overall experience. Memories of India is among some of my favorite memories of Kensington! ”
“ I was recently in town and we went here on a recommendation for a work dinner and it was delicious. All the servers were great, knew just how much food to recommend for our party and everything was delish. We got several appetizers and everyone got a main dish, I did a paneer dish which I devoured, someone else had chicken, lamb dishes, shrimp, etc everyone enjoyed their choice. I will say try the fried okra which was a huge favorite. The naans were delish too! Highly recommend this spot. ”
“ Our concierge recommended Memories of India to us, and arranged our table. We were greeted warmly at the door, our table was ready and waiting for us, right near the front window so we got to people watch a bit. The food was quite good. The curries were a bit sweeter than we are used to but not really spicy at all. Granted, it was korma and tikka masala, neither known for being hot. The pakora paneer starter was very nice, as were the papadam. Naan bread was good as well, but the pilau rice was excellent. Combined with the excellent service, and a reasonable price point (£60 for both, with starters and glass of wine), the good quality food makes this a very nice local Indian restaurant. Next time we are in London, I imagine we will return. ”
“ Great dining experience. I was dining alone. I totally recommend a visit here. I walked here from my hotel. Food was good. Service was good. Can't wait to come back here on my next visit! ”
“ Amazing food, warm atmosphere, and good prices. I ordered the tandoori chicken and keema naan. The portion size for the chicken was perfect (at least for a lunch). It came out still sizzling and had great flavor. It also came with a side of veggies which complimented the warm entree perfectly. The keema naan I loved as well. While only one came in an order, it tasted fresh and alongside the chicken was the perfect size. For £13.9, I can give no complaints. It was a great meal. ”
“ Excellent food in great location! Terrific service with nice atmosphere. Would recommend if in London. ”
